Everything you'll need to request a CLEAR, including required data and where to go
The only data points required in order to run a CLEAR report are:
Mailing Address or Email**
If you are interested in reviewing a CLEAR with Custom Guidon details included, please contact your CSM for more information.
** Please note that while we can run CLEAR off of email alone, our analytics are only ever as good as the data provided. Relying solely on email runs the risk of a potentially lower match rate and/or lessened Identity Resolution Confidence. For best results, always include Mailing Address when possible.
Requesting a CLEAR
After logging into the Guidon Platform, there are a number of places where you can request a clear report.
From the Contact List
Navigate to the contact list you'd like to get a report for, then simply click "Get CLEAR" . You'll then be redirected to our submission form, where many of the fields will be pre-populated for you.
NOTE: You may want to take this opportunity to first re-enrich your contact lists if you haven't already.
Double check that the information looks correct, then select the sections of the report you'd like to receive. You may select as many or as few as you would like.
From the Analytics Page
The analytics page is a one stop shop for all of our Enriched Analytics Reports, but will require you to manually enter some additional information. Because of this, we recommend that you save yourself some time & only using this page when the data you want to report on is not yet in the platform.
