What is a Sales Enriched Analytics Report (SEAR) and How to Request it.

Everything you'll need to request a SEAR, including required data and where to find it.

Our Sales Enriched Analytics Report (SEAR) enables you to combine your sales data with our expansive customer enrichment database to uncover the buyer patterns behind your transactions and connect the dots in your marketing and sales strategies. Focus on key customer segments such as New Customers, Repeat Customers, High AOV Customers, and Highest Margin Customers to discover their:

  •  Primary, Secondary, and Emerging Personas
  •  Top and Emerging Purchases
  •  Top Purchase Combos
  •  Top and Emerging Locations
  •  Top Methods of Acquisition

Requesting a SEAR:

You can request a SEAR from the analytics page on our platform.

Click 'Get SEAR' to get started. This will take you to the SEAR request form, where you'll need to manually enter some additional information and select which report sections you'd like included.

The report sections include 'Customer Categories,' 'Customer Personas,' and 'Customer Behavior.' 

Click 'Generate SEAR,' On the next page, you will be prompted to upload the data we will use to create the SEAR. 

Data Requirements for Every SEAR Section 

Please submit ONE (1) file with all the necessary data fields if you request multiple report sections. 

NEW CUSTOMER / FASTEST NEW CUSTOMER SEAR

Required:

  • Transaction Date
  • Item Unique Identifier (SKU, Name, etc.)
  • Two out of the three of the following: Item Quantity, Item Price, Item Subtotal
  • Contact Info (name, email, address, etc.)

Preferred (but optional):

  • Method of Acquisition
  • Customer ID
  • Transaction ID
  • First Purchase Date

REPEAT CUSTOMER / FASTEST REPEAT CUSTOMER SEAR

Required:

  • Transaction Date
  • Item Unique Identifier (SKU, Name, etc.)
  • Two out of the three of the following: Item Quantity, Item Price, Item Subtotal
  • Contact Info (name, email, address, etc.)

Preferred (but optional):

  • Method of Acquisition
  • Customer ID
  • Transaction ID

HIGH AOV SEAR

Required:

  • Transaction Date
  • Item Unique Identifier (SKU, Name, etc.)
  • Two out of the three of the following: Item Quantity, Item Price, Item Subtotal
  • Contact Info (name, email, address, etc.)

Preferred (but optional):

  • Method of Acquisition
  • Customer ID
  • Transaction ID

HIGH MARGIN CUSTOMER SEAR

Required:

  • Transaction Date
  • Item Unique Identifier (SKU, Name, etc.)
  • Two out of the three of the following: Item Quantity, Item Price, Item Subtotal
  • Contact Info (name, email, address, etc.)
  • Item Cost or Margin 

Preferred (but optional):

  • Method of Acquisition
  • Customer ID
  • Transaction ID

PRIMARY / SECONDARY / EMERGING PERSONA SEAR

Required:

  • Transaction Date
  • Item Unique Identifier (SKU, Name, etc.)
  • Two out of the three of the following: Item Quantity, Item Price, Item Subtotal
  • Contact Info (name, email, address, etc.)

Preferred (but optional):

  • Method of Acquisition
  • Customer ID
  • Transaction ID
  • First Purchase Date
  • Referral Date (Date of Initial Outreach) 
  • Item Cost or Margin 

TOP PURCHASES / EMERGING PURCHASES / PURCHASE COMBOS SEAR

Required:

  • Transaction Date
  • Item Unique Identifier (SKU, Name, etc.)
  • Two out of the three following: Item Quantity, Item Price, Item Subtotal
  • Contact Info (name, email, address, etc.)

Preferred (but optional):

  • Method of Acquisition
  • Customer ID
  • Transaction ID
  • First Purchase Date
