Brief Overview of the Platform

First time using the Guidon platform? Start here with the basics.

Our platform, Guidon, provides your organization with the tools you need to boost what you know about your contacts. It is a robust and easy-to-use platform that puts the power of data science into your hands to maximize the impact of every touch. We bring your "bests" and to the surface help you focus on the groups that matter. 

• Once you log into your account you’ll arrive at your Dashboard, which puts everything you need right at your fingertips.  The Dashboard is split up into 3 areas: the navigation bar, the main screen, and the sidebar.

  • Navigation Bar:  On the left-hand side, you can quickly switch from The Dashboard to Contacts, Enriched Reports, Guidons, and Organizational Settings.

  • Recent Activity  This section shows your most recent activity so you can pick up where you left off. It's a great way to keep track of how you are utilizing the system.  
    Note: If this is your first time using our platform, you recent activity will be mostly blank. ______________________________________________________________________________________

  • What would you like to do? On the right side, we placed helpful shortcuts to get you started with what matters most, getting great data.

    You can:

    • Uploading new contacts (Enriched Reports)
    • Get insights on your data (Request Report)
    • Solve the tough challenges for your organization (Get a Report Bundle)
