What is a Contact List?

It All Starts With Your Records


A Contact List is a collection of records uploaded by the customer for which they want to receive a persona, insights, and predictions.

To create a contact list in Guidon:

  1. The customer exports records from their existing databases into a CSV file, consisting of the first name, last name, and email address OR physical address OR phone number of each record.
  2. The customer imports the CSV into Guidon.
